Fixed teeth in one day

Immediate restoration with an implant-supported, fixed prosthesis

Our All-on-Four Concept includes:

  • Extraction of non-conservable teeth
  • Implantation
  • Immediate restoration with a fixed interim prothesis

within 24 hours.

In the case of edentulous jaws or poor residual dentition, implantation can be carried out with minimally invasive surgery (without scalpel and suture).

Advantages for the patient:

  • Significantly improved chewing ability during the healing phase thanks to an implant-supported, fixed prosthesis
  • No denture sores
  • Bone augmentation can be avoided by angulation of the posterior implants

Additional to minimally invasive surgery:

  • Hardly any swelling
  • Minor discomfort after surgery
  • Short surgery duration
  • Immediate operational capability for professional and private purposes

Necessary conditions for the application of this technique:

  • Non-conservable teeth or non-existent residual dentition in one jaw
  • Sufficient bone quantity, previous checking by using digital volume tomography (DVT)

Another advantage can be achieved by optimally positioning the implants in the pre-existing bone, and thereby avoiding bone augmentation procedures. An immediate insertion of the interim restoration also avoids denture sores, as the prosthesis is firmly fixed with the implants.

Illustration of an All-on-Four Implantation in the upper jaw. By overturning the posterior implants, bone augmentation in the maxillary sinus (sinuslift) can be avoided, and the pre-existing bone can be used optimally.

X-ray of an implantation after applying the All-on-Four Concept in the upper and lower jaw. By means of angulation of the posterior implants, bone augmentation in the upper jaw can be avoided, and the pathways of the nerves in the lower jaw can be saved. These implants form the basis for a fixed restoration in the upper and lower jaw.

Patient with an immediate restoration in the upper jaw, which had been inserted within 24 hours.

For the final restoration, 3-4 months later, a CAD-CAM manufactured understructure made of titanium or NEM-metal (non high-noble alloys) will be used. Maximum stability and optimal accuracy of fit can thus be achieved. This understructure can be completely covered with tooth-colored porcelain. Multiple trials in the mouth help to obtain a final result on the highest aesthetic level.
